Terms of membership

1. What Openleg is

Openleg is an information service operated by Tamarindo Digital, Inc. (“we”). It collects private-jet empty-leg listings from operators and brokers who have given us permission, shows them in one feed, sends alerts and scores operators on their listing history.

Openleg does not sell, arrange or book flights and is not an air carrier or charter broker. When you contact an operator or broker through Openleg, any booking, payment, cancellation or refund is between you and them, on their terms. Flights are operated by FAA-certificated air carriers. We take no commission or referral fee.

Listings come from third parties. We show when each was last confirmed, but prices, times and availability can change or be withdrawn at any time. Always confirm details with the operator before you book.

2. Membership, price and automatic renewal

• Membership costs $79 per month, charged when you subscribe and then every month on the same date.
• Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. We charge the payment method you gave at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• We will tell you by email before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
• Membership is for one person. Please don't share your sign-in or resell listing data.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time online: Account → Manage billing or cancel. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep member access until the end of the month you have already paid for. [Refunds for partial months: to be confirmed. Default: no partial refunds.]

Deleting your account (Account → Delete my account) cancels your membership immediately.

4. Using Openleg

• Don't scrape, copy in bulk or redistribute the feed. Member API keys are for your own use, within the limits we set.
• Don't misuse alerts or contact details you see on Openleg (for example, for spam).
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms. [Refund if we end a paid membership without cause: to be confirmed.]

5. Operators and listing terms

Operators and brokers list for free under separate listing terms that they agree to before any of their legs are shown. Those terms set which legs we may show, where members are sent to book, and how listings are withdrawn. See List your legs.

6. Disclaimers and liability

Openleg is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that any listing is accurate, available or bookable, or that alerts arrive at a particular time. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [Counsel to finalise.]

7. Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email members before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of [state to be confirmed].
