Questions

What is an empty leg?

When a private jet flies one way for a client, it often has to fly back or reposition with no passengers. Operators sell those flights at a discount, usually on short notice and on a fixed route and time.

Do you sell the flights?

No. Openleg is an information service. We don't sell, arrange or book flights and we're not an air carrier or charter broker. We show you listings and link you to the operator or broker who posted them. You book, pay and get your confirmation from them, on their terms.

Are the listings accurate?

Listings come from third-party operators and brokers, who are responsible for their flights, prices and terms. We show when each listing was last confirmed and score operators on how often legs are pulled. Always confirm details with the operator before you book.

Can empty legs be cancelled?

Yes. An empty leg depends on the original trip, so it can change or be withdrawn. Check the operator's cancellation terms before you book.

How much is membership and can I cancel?

$79 per month, one plan. It renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime in one click from your account (Manage billing); your membership runs to the end of the month you've paid for.

I'm an operator. How do I list?

Listing is free and we only list sources that have given us permission. How listing works. Contact us and we’ll set up your feed and link buyers straight to you.
