For operators
List your empty legs
Listing is free. No fees, no commissions. Members contact and book directly with you. We never show tail numbers, and you can pull your listings at any time.
How it works
- A short call. We learn how you send empty legs today and who should receive booking requests.
- Certificate check. We match you to your FAA Part 135 certificate.
- Listing terms. You sign our listing terms, choosing which legs we may show and where members are sent to book.
- Setup. We connect the way you already send legs (below). Nothing new to learn.
- Your first 10 legs wait for your OK. We show you how we read them and publish only once you confirm.
- Live. Members see your legs with a link to book with you. You stay in control and can pull a leg or all of them at any time.
Ways to send your legs
Your existing empty-leg email
Add our listings address to the empty-leg emails you already send. We read each one, and new legs appear once set up. Updates and withdrawals in later emails are picked up the same way.
A spreadsheet or feed
Send a CSV file or a JSON feed with route, date and time window, aircraft type and price. We drop any tail or registration column before anything is stored.
What we never do
- Show tail or registration numbers.
- Charge you a listing fee, a commission or a referral fee.
- Sell, arrange or book flights. Openleg is an information service; the charter contract is between you and the member.
- List legs from anyone who hasn't given us permission.
